Variance #2334 Carper LLC - Requests a Use Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.33) to allow for the placement of a 30,000-gallon propane storage tank for bulk residential distribution in a C3 zoning district. Real estate is located in Section 9 of Noble Township, quadrant 400, parcel 295, common location known as 1445 S. US 33 Wolf Lake, IN.

Variance #2335 Linda K Gorsuch – Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance, for less the UDO required Road Front (Article 5.37) and Lot Width (Article 2.04) for a proposed three (3) tract Administrative Subdivision. Variance #2336 Robbie H & Kelly S Craft - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.04) to allow an accessory dwelling to utilize separate utility connections from the primary dwelling for the driveway, well, and electricity.
