VARIANCE #2386 KASTEN, ROBERT D & KATIE ANNE ALLEN - In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04), requests to allow an extension of Variance #2181, for an additional 5-year, continued, temporary use of 984 square feet of living space (less the UDO required minimum of 1,200 square feet), in a machine shop, as previously approved by variance #2181.
