Variance #2230 CREWSE, LUANNE HERENDEEN - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22) for a northside setback on the location known as 9505 N SR 3 to be less than the UDO required 25' to be at 15’.7”. Also, to allow a less than UDO required 25' for the southside setback on the location known as 9519 N SR 3 to be at 17’.50”. Approval will allow the landowner to complete subdivision #958. Variance #.2231 CARMIEN, RYAN & CHELSEA - Request relief from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03) to allow the use of a bank barn as a rental for events of no more than 250 people, hours of operation: 9 am to 11 pm Friday and Saturday and 9 am to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday.
