Variance #2190 GIENGER, GARY L - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.33) to allow for the reduction from the minimum lot width within front setback from 90' to 30’. In addition (Article 2.04) to allow for a reduction of the minimum lot width at/after front setback from 150’ to 30’ in order to grant approval of the Administrative Subdivision#835 for the adjustments of 8 parcels to 7 in A1 zoning. Properties are located in Section 22 of Swan Township, quadrant 100, parcels 57-21-22-100-013, 017, 018, 016 & 57-21-23-400-010, 012, 013, 011. Properties are located along E 300 S approx. 1.4 miles west of Old SR 3 & approx. 0.4 mile east of S 950 E; in addition, along S 950 E approx. 0.4 mile south of E 300 S.

Variance #2192 WEBER, MAX C & CINDY L - Requests a Use Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.01) to allow a dwelling, single family detached in the Open Space and Conservation (OS) District. Property is zoned OS and is located in Section 15 of York Township, quadrant 300, parcel 57-15-15-300-004.000-021. Property is located along W 330 N approx. 0.25 mile west of N 250 W.

Variance #2193 WEBER, MAX C & CINDY L - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.02) to allow for a reduction of the min. dwelling unit size from 960 sq. ft. to 364 sq. ft. and (Article 11) for a dwelling less than 14 ft. wide. Property is zoned OS and is located in Section 15 of York Township, quadrant 300, parcel 57-15-15-300-004.000-021. Property is located along W 330 N approx. 0.25 mile west of N 250 W.

Variance #2194 GRABER, FLOYD E & CRISTINA K - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.30) to allow a reduction of the exercise yard setback from 200’ to 180’ west, to 150’ north, & 80’ west property lines. Also, a reduction of the kennel structure setback from 250' to 80' east & 150' on north property lines. Property is zoned A1 and is located in Section 6 of Orange Township, quadrant 100, parcel 57-04-06-100-006.000-010, common location known as 0630 E 1200 N.

Special Exception #528 GRABER, FLOYD E & CRISTINA K - Request a Special Exception from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03 & 5.30) to allow for a dog kennel of up to five (5) adult dogs. Property is zoned A1 and is located in Section 6 of Orange Township, quadrant 100, parcel 57-04-06-100-006.000-010, commonly location known as 0630 E 1200 N.

Variance #2195 WAYNE CENTER UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, C/O Mark Pankop - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04) to allow a reduction of the front yard setback from 85’ to 46’ and the side yard (west) setback from 25’ to 0’ for Tract D, known as Old School House. Finally, to allow for two tracts to be less than the required 2 ac min. in order to grant approval through Administrative Subdivision in A1 zoning. The properties are located in Section 15 of Wayne Township, quadrant 300, parcel 57-07-15-300-004.000-019, 002, 008, 007; on the north-east corner of E School House Rd & N 900 E.

Variance #2196 TUCKER, JAMES E & JOSHUA R - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22) to allow a reduction of the minimum dwelling size from 960 Sq. ft. to 352 sq. ft. to permit a conversion of an existing 16’x22’ garage to living space. The property is zoned LR and is located in Section 36 of York Township, quadrant 400, parcel 57-15-36-400-087.000-021, commonly known as 754 W Center Dr Albion.
