Variance #2182 BYERLINE, JAMES B & DEBRA D - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04) to allow a road side setback (North) of 48’ from the centerline of the road on 475 S instead of the UDO required 85’ from the centerline of the road to allow for construction of a 30x40 barn/garage. Variance #2183 AL-QURAN, HASHEM M - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.04 E (2)) to increase the maximum size of an accessory dwelling unit from 1200 sq. ft. to 1280 sq. ft. of living area on an existing structure which previously received special exception approval on 6/30/20. Variance #2184 GAERTE, RYAN M -.
