Variance #2170 HURST, TY - Request a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04) to allow for a 3’ southside setback instead of the UDO required 25’ for a 25x16 open porch attached to the home, and to allow a 3’ westside setback and a 3’ southside setback instead of the UDO required 15’ to allow for a 36x56 detached garage.
