Variance #2105 MILLER, DANIEL JAY & LAURA J - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.30) to allow a Northside setback of 50’, an Eastside Setback from 115’ and a Southside setback of 215’ instead of the UDO required 250’ setback and to allow a minimum kennel size from the UDO required 1,000 sq. ft. to 336 sq. ft. and from the UDO required 50-sq. ft. per dog to 42-sq. ft. per dog.
