Variance #2103 FIKE, JOANNA L -Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04) to allow 70’ from the Center of the road instead of the UDO required 85’ for construction of a 25’x56’ detached garage, (placement allows landowner to construct building without removing established trees).
