Rezoning #560 SK and DD LLC- Requests a Zoning Map Amendment from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance, (Article 9.21 & 2.39). Rezoning #561 Metzger & Metzger LLC- Requests a Zoning Map Amendment from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance, (Article 9.21 & 2.39). To rezone 34.415 +/- ac from I2 to HI and 1.445 +/- ac from A1 to HI; to allow the permitted uses in the High Impact District (HI)- gravel/sand mining; to be used in conjunction with SK and DD LLC. Real estate is located in Section 13 of Sparta Township, quadrant 200, parcels 028, 030, 032, 041 & 300-019 common location known as property surrounding 3134 N 650 W. Ligonier, IN.

Review and possible modification of Commissioner Approved Ordinance #2021-26 Commercial Solar (CSES):

a)          To clarify the relationship between the base zoning and the overlay district; considering the base zoning to be subordinate to a CSES Overlay District.

b)         Also, under process to include an overlay zoning map amendment application for a CSES-overlay development.

c)          County Commissioners have requested the Plan Commission board discuss regulation regarding CSES. Board Members will discuss the request and based upon the discussion the Zoning Administrator shall present a report to the Commissioners.
