Minor Subdivision #1139 Gary JR & Michelle Hull – In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.17) to allow a 2-lot minor subdivision to be known as Muncie Lake Subdivision, Lot 1 as 4.354+/-ac and Lot 2 as 3.611+/- ac; leaving a remainder of 47.302+/- ac. Lot access by a shared 60’ wide easement (950’+/- in length) with 150’ of road front, subject to approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals, and the recorded plat shall include a maintenance agreement for the shared easement (Exhibit A). Vacation #293 George T & Lisa M Gerdes and Jonathan & Mary Cox - Requests a vacation of Lots 8-13 and (move) a 12’ platted easement (currently located between lots 10 & 11) in the Groveland Park plat, as required by Indiana Code 36-7-3 and 36-7-4-711 in order to replat; see Subdivision #1145. Real Estate is located in Section 32 of Noble Township, quadrant 400, parcels 013-018; common location known as Lots 8-13 in Groveland Park; 5425 & 5445 S Groveland Dr. Albion, IN.
Subdivision #1145 George T & Lisa M Gerdes and Jonathan & Mary Cox – In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.17 B 2) to allow the replat of Lots 8-13 and relocate the 12’ platted easement (currently between lots 10 & 11) in Groveland Park Subdivision; Lot 8A to be 0.25+/-ac and Lot 11A to be 0.30+/-ac to be known as the “Replat of Lots 8 Thru 13 of Groveland Park”. If approved the request would lessen non-conformities currently on Lot 11.
