1. Article 2.03 Production Agriculture (A1) District, pages 2-4 – to include “Distillery (Spirits) – Brewery” to Special Exception Uses, on 2 +/- ac parcels.
2. Articles 2.05 Agricultural Commercial (A2) District & 2.07 Intense Agricultural (A3) District, pages 2-6 & 2-8: to include “Distillery (Spirits) – Brewery” to Permitted Uses, on 2 +/- ac parcels.
3. Article 6.03 Simple Subdivision (SS) Standards page 6-3: to include: 7.21 Privately Maintained Street shall follow the minimal development for Conservation Use; See the Noble County Highway Construction Standards
