Rezoning # 553 Rosewood Investment LLC- Requests a Zoning Map Amendment from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance, (Article 9.21) to rezone 2.001 ac from A1 to VM to allow permitted uses in Village Mix zoning - Office, General Services. Real estate is located in Section 25 of Noble Township, quadrant 200, parcel 030, common location known as W of 4577 S US 33 Churubusco, IN 46725. Once Plan Commission Board has a recommendation, rezoning #553 Rosewood Investment LLC will be added to County Commissioner agenda (date to be determined) for final consideration.

Rezoning No. 554 EASH, WAYNE R & SHARLENE A- Requests a Zoning Map Amendment from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance, (Article 9.21). Requests to rezone 4.0+/- ac from A1 to I1 to allow the permitted uses in I1 light Manufacturing (Article 2.35), leaving a remainder of 6.0+/- ac as A1 (Article 2.04). Real estate is located in Section 7 of Elkhart Township, quadrant 400, parcel 005, common location known as NE of 10719 N 600 W Ligonier, IN 46767.Final consideration by the Noble County Commissioners on: 8/9/2021 at 10:00 AM at 101 North Orange St. Albion, IN 46701
