In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance, (Article 9.21) requests to rezone Lot 1 of WOODVIEW SUBDIVISION from A1 to C2 to allow for the establishment of a banquet hall on the property. Unified Development Ordinance Amendments to the Lighting Standards—In accordance with Indiana Code 36-7-4-607, the Plan Commission will consider amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance concerning Lighting Standards in Noble County. The amendments will adjust allowed lights, brightness, and definitions. Final consideration by the Board of Commissioners on August 26, 2019 at 10:00 am at 101 N Orange St, Albion, IN.

Town of Cromwell Planning and Zoning Discussion—The Plan Commission will review the preliminary proposed contract for the Town of Cromwell.
