Variance #2373 CRAFT, ROBBIE H & KELLY S - In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.04), requests a Development Standards Variance to allow the accessory dwelling to use a second driveway, that deviates from the conditions applied to Development Variance #2336, which required the shared use of the existing driveway from the primary dwelling. Real estate is located in Section 13 of Allen Township, quadrant 400, parcel 019, common location known as 3724 N 1100 E, Kendallville, IN 46755.
Variance #2374 SLABAUGH, JOSHUA & SYDNEY - In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Articles 5.27 & 5.39) request a Use Variance to allow for up to a 5-year temporary Home Base Business Type 3, allowing outside storage (laydown area approximately 9,000 sq ft) for equipment and material for a contracting business, in an A1 zoning district. Variance #2375 CHICAGO TRUST COMPANY NA - In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.28 and 5.19), requests a Use Variance, to allow the Keeping of Farm Animals in a Lake Residential zoning district (LR), and to include up to 30 chickens (3 permitted based on parcel size), 4 roosters, 2 geese, and 25 ducks, to be contained by a fence and pen/run.
