Variance #2344 Rex A & Tonya L Fulk - In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04) requests a Development Standards Variance to allow for less the UDO required minimum side yard setback of 25’ for a primary structure to be at 20’ (West) for the construction of a new home attached to the existing garage. Real estate is located in Section 7 of Allen Township, quadrant 300, parcel 009, common location known as 6369 E. Lisbon Rd. Kendallville, IN.

Variance #2345 Jay G & Christine C Dambra - In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22) requests a Development Standards Variance to allow for less the UDO required Minimum side yard setback of 5’ for an accessory structure to be at 3’ (South), and less the UDO required Minimum front yard setback of 30’ from the edge of the ROW to be at 3’ to the ROW (West) for the construction of a new 12’x14’ shed. Variance #2347 LAKESIDE RENTALS LLC, John Lengacher - In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22) requests a Development Standards Variance to allow for less the UDO minimum waterside setback of 75’ to be at 21’ from the water’s edge for the construction of a 24x15 concrete patio with an upper deck. Construction of the home would meet infill setbacks of 36’ from the water's edge. Real estate is located in Section 13 of Elkhart Township, Quadrant 100, parcel 008; common location known as 0076 W.
