Use Variance #2305 Salvador & Elodia Villa- Requests a Use Variance from the Town of Cromwell Zoning Ordinance (Section 4: Authorized Uses) to allow for a second dwelling (57’x27’ Doublewide modular home) to be placed permanently on the property in an A zoning district.
