VARIANCE #2201 Paul & Stephanie Dwyer - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04) to allow a reduction of the Minimum Front Yard Setback from 85’ to 66’ measured from the centerline of the road for construction of a 32’x40’ detached garage. Real estate zoned A1 and located in Section 13 of Swan Township, quadrant 300, parcel 012, common location known as 11164 E 250 S LaOtto, IN.
