Variance #2181 ALLEN, ROBERT E & JENNIE L - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04) to allow Construction of a Mechanic Shop, with a proposal of 984 sq. ft of (temporary) living area inside the shop - to allow time for construction of a new home (5 years). Once the home is built the living area will be converted into office area. Real estate is located in Section 22 of Elkhart Township, quadrant 300, parcel 005, common location known as 8128 N 300 W Wawaka, IN.

Variance #2182 BYERLINE, JAMES B & DEBRA D - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04) to allow a road side setback (North) of 48’ from the centerline of the road on 475 S instead of the UDO required 85’ from the centerline of the road to allow for construction of a 30x40 barn/garage. Real estate is located in Section 29 of Noble Township, quadrant 200, parcel 049, common location known as East of 4151 W 475 S Albion, IN.
