Variance #2146 - GERDES, GEORGE T & LISA M - Requests a Development Standards Variance (Article 2.22) to allow a 2’ side setback (Southeast) from the platted right-of-way, instead of the Plan Director approved “infill” of 8’4 as allowed by the UDO.
