Special Exception #519 OTTO, JOHN W & CAROLYN J - Request a Special Exception from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.30) to allow for a dog kennel of up to thirty-nine (39) adult dogs, (an expansion of the previous Special Exception #459 which allowed up to 25 dogs) in an A1 zoning. Variance #2169 OTTO, JOHN W & CAROLYN J - Request a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.30(B)(2) & (E) (1)) to allow for an exercise area of 9,884 square feet instead of the UDO required 1/4 of an acre (10,890 square feet) and to allow for a 15 foot setback off the westside and a 25 foot setback off the southside instead of the UDO required 200 feet.
