Variance #2118 Yoder, JONAS R & MARTHA L - Requests a Use Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.02) for the expansion of a use variance (#1697) in order to build an additional commercial building (Approx. 72’x128’) on the property for the purposes of a show room and storage. Real estate is located in Section 4 of Elkhart Township, quadrant 200, parcel 007, common location known as 11400 N 350 W Ligonier, In.

Variance #2119 YODER, JONAS R & MARTHA L - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.3) to allow a reduced side-yard setback of 10’ instead of the UDO required 25’ for construction of a 72’x128’ addition. Real estate is located in Section 4 of Elkhart Township, quadrant 200, parcel 007, common location known as 11400 N 350 W Ligonier, IN.

Variance #2120 WHITE, STEPHEN R & SUSAN D (REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST) & Cole Love - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.3) to allow a primary dwelling of 1,008 sq. ft instead of the UDO minimum 1,200 sq. ft., (will build a permanent home in a few years). Real estate is located in Section 7 of Washington Township, quadrant 300, parcel 006, common location known as North and East of 11551 W 200 S Pierceton, IN.

Variance #2121 NIX, MARILYN - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Noble County Flood Ordinance (Article B2) to allow for the garage floor to sit at, at least the Base Flood Elevation of 901.5 instead of the required 903.5. (All living area to be elevated at least to 903.5-FPG). In order to decrease the amount of fill required and ensure a common-sense approach for the driveway. Garage to have stem-walls to at least FPG and flood vents installed.
