Special Exception #491Darral J & Gloria R Schwartz – Requests a Special Exception from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03) to continue the operation of a dog kennel on the property that was previously permitted for Jacob Schwartz (father) and has been sold to Darral and Gloria, allowing a maximum of 40 adult dogs, (an increase from the original 20 dogs permitted to Jacob Schwartz). Also, to allow the Zoning Administrator to increase the permitted number of dogs by no more than ten (10) per year to a maximum of eighty (80) dogs based on compliance. Real estate is located in Section 7 of Elkhart Township, quadrant 300, parcel 009, common location known as 10444 N 600 W Ligonier, IN.
