Garrett Sr. - Request a Development Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance to allow a 0’ lot line setback allowing building across lot line(s) instead of the UDO required 10% of lot width, a 20’ Waterside setback instead of the UDO required 75’ and a 20’ setback from road right-of-way instead of the UDO required 30’. Real estate is located in Section 4 of Washington Township, Quadrant 400, Parcel 032, common location known as east of 0356 S 1St St, Kimmell, IN.

Variance No.1947 Sandra K Dailey E Bixler - Request a Development Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.18) to allow 50% reduction of lot size instead of the allowed 20% as permitted by the UDO. Reduction would allow landowner to apply for a 2-acre Administrative Subdivision.
