Variance #1907 David O Jr. & Mattie Irene Fry C/O Harvey D and Vera Fry (Contract) Request from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance a Development Variance to allow a 30’ setback off the North Property line and a 40’ setback off the West Property line instead of required 500’ per the Noble County UDO, and follow Highway Engineer specifications for driveway, to build a 56’X580’ Confined Feeding (Chicken) Barn. - Variance # 1912 Dean & Wilma Miller- Request a Development Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.12). To allow a 85’ setback off the North property line, a 340’ setback off the West property line and a 470’ setback off the East property line instead of the required 500’ per the Noble County UDO to construct a 56X540 Confined Feeding Barn for Laying Hens. Real estate is located in Section 24 of Perry Township, quadrant 400 parcel 001; common location known as 6559 W 900 N Ligonier, IN.

- Variance # 1913 Dexter Lutter-Prime Care Ag LLC C/O Chuck Wysong -Request a Development Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.12) to allow a 100’ setback off the North, South and West Property lines instead of the required 500’ per the Noble County UDO and to allow setbacks for up to 9 (Sow) Confined Feeding Barns.
